熱管原理

下圖是該“熱管”的工作原理：

    A - 熱量被導入熱管
    B - 熱管里的液體受熱變成蒸汽，然后從熱管中較熱的一端向較冷的一端轉移
    C - 熱管中較冷的一端通過散熱風扇把熱量從熱管中散發
    D - 喪失熱量后，蒸汽還原成液體并回流到熱管中較熱的一端

Principlc of heatpipe

熱管：是一種傳熱性極好的人工構件，常用的熱管由三部分組成：主體為一根封閉的金屬管，內部有少量工作介質和毛細結構，管內的空氣及其他雜物必須排除在外。熱管工作時利用了三種物理學原理：
　?、旁谡婵諣顟B下，液體的沸點降低；
　?、仆N物質的汽化潛熱比顯熱高的多；
　?、嵌嗫酌毥Y構對液體的抽吸力可使液體流動。
典型的構造和工作過程如圖所示：
　　與熱源靠近的一段（蒸發段）內的液體吸熱而蒸發，蒸汽攜帶汽化潛熱經空腔流向另一段（冷凝段），汽體經管壁與外界冷媒體換熱放出潛熱而完成了傳熱任務，冷凝成液體，經毛細結構的抽吸力量或重力回流到蒸發段進入下一個工作循環。

RDP—S系列熱管散熱器，是我公司為大功率直流電源、UPS電源、通訊電源等變流設備而研制的新型散熱裝置。它以自然散熱方式替代傳統的鋁型材散熱和風冷散熱或以風冷散熱方式代替傳統的水冷散熱方式，極大地提高了功率器件的使用壽命，保障設備的運行安全性，減少了設備的故障率。

RDP-S series HP sinks, as new generation products, are specially developed for such rectifying devices as high power DC power supply, UPS power, and telecommunication power. With replacement of traditional extruded aluminum sinks by HP natural cooling mode, or of conventional water cooling by HP forced cooling pattern, equipments are greatly enhanced with more reliable safety and less possibility of breakdown.


Railway Industries
RZM-DGD系列高效熱管散熱器是我公司專為鐵路機車散熱而研制的專利產品，它采用國際先進的熱管傳導技術，具有熱阻小、傳熱快、體積小、重量輕、冷熱源分離等特點。
主要應用于機車（電力機車、內燃機車、地鐵、城市輕軌）牽引系統變頻調速裝置（逆變電源）和機車供電系統（牽引變電站）逆變整流、功率補償裝置中的大功率1GBT、功率模塊和機車的照明、空調、應急備用電源的電力電子元件的散熱。最大散熱功率：12Kw。
RZM-DD and RFM-DGD series HP sinks, as our patent technology, are specially designed for railway locomotives,. By adopting internationally most advanced Heat Pipe technology, they are characterized with such properties as small heat resistance, rapid heat response, miniature weight, separate heat source and cold source.
Mainly for locomotive(electric locomotive, internal-combustion, subway system, suburb lightrail) traction frequency and velocity system (Inverter Power Supply), and locomotive power supplying system(Traction Substation) and work for inverting, rectifying, high power IGBT for power compensation system, power modules, locomotive lighting, locomotive air conditioning, emergency power supply as heat dissipation parts. The maximum dissipation power reaches 12000W.

RTEX系列防爆電氣用熱管散熱器，是我公司專門為爆炸性氣體環境中的電氣設備散熱而研制、開發的新一代自冷及風冷型熱管散熱器。該產品采用國際上先進的熱管技術，利用工質液、汽相變傳遞熱量，具有熱阻小、熱響應速度快、熱傳導迅速、冷熱源可分離、等溫性能好、小溫差下傳輸較大的熱量等特性。主要應用于煤礦井下的瓦斯、煤塵等危險作業區域的各種電氣整流設備、變頻調速裝置、軟啟動裝置和石油、化工及其它行業的防腐、防塵、密封等惡劣環境中的各種整流裝置、軟啟動裝置、中大功率半導體器件的散熱。最大散熱功率：自冷5550w；風冷：12KW；服務于變頻控制電機功率500KW。

The products adopt internationally most advanced HP technology with heat transferred via working media phase change, and are characterized as small heat resistance, rapid heat response, fast heat conduction, separate heat source and cold source, uniform isotherm performance, and huge heat flux under condition of small temperature difference etc. This series HP sinks are mainly used for frequency and velocity modulating devices and soft start devices working under coal mines where gas and coal dust possibly gather, and for all kinds of rectifying devices, soft start devices working in the hard environment where explosion-proof, dust-proof, and hermetization are needed in such fields as petroleum, chemicals and other fields. The maximum heat dissipation power is 5550W for natural cooling mode and 12000W for forced air cooling mode(also, 500KW for frequency control motors)
